A heavy duty automatic door bottom seal that provides an effective barrier against noise, draughts, smoke, dirt, insects, sound and light nuisance. 

The seal operates automatically: it lowers into position when the door is closed and lifts clear of the floor when the door is opened. The seal self-levels on uneven floor surfaces. 

This heavy duty seal can be fitted to the door in two ways: it can be surface mounted on the door (ideal for retro fit installations) or it can be semi mortised into the door bottom edge to give a neat, flush installation. 

The seal housing is made from anodised aluminium and the seal material is available in EPDM foam or silicon rubber. It is available in a range of lengths to suit various door widths.
